how Hyde Hair works
Take your measurements
First, you will want to take measurements of your head to know what size you are. Use a flexible measuring tape and follow our measurement chart to find your size.
Choose your wig or topper
Once you decide on size, length and color, we can offer a piece we have in store or wigs may need to be special ordered if not readily available in our inventory. Please note special order wigs and toppers may take 3-4 weeks to have prepared and ready to take home.

Schedule a consultation
In-person or virtual consultations are needed to purchase. During the consult we will go over your measurements, answer any questions you may have and move you in the right direction in choosing your wig or topper. (Up to 1 hour)
Add customizations
Because we all have features that make us unique, Hyde offers a list of customizations you can add to your wig or topper. Review our list of customizations and let us know if there's any you'd like to add. Please note, adding customizations does make your wig final sale.
Take it home!
Upon your consultation we will schedule a time when your wig or topper will be ready to take home. Pieces that we have in stock can be taken right there, however, if there are color customizations to be added extra time will need to be allowed.
If a virtual consultation is done and any wigs or toppers need to be shipped please review our shipping policies that are required to be accepted before purchase.
